Wellbeing Education

We believe that knowledge of your own mental wellbeing is essential. Our teaching revolves around the using the “five ways to wellbeing”

These five tools are simple, yet effective, ways to manage your mental health. With regular practice, wellbeing can be boosted and resilience can be built.

Relapse Planning

We can help you with your journey of recovery. If people are equipped with the knowledge of early warning signs, triggers and stress management techniques, then recognising a potential relapse will be far easier. We hold sessions one to one, or in a group setting, in order to suit personal preference.

Strength Assessments

Strength assessments will help reframe mindset and the way issues are perceived. This aims to remove any negative stigma that is associated with mental health treatment, and presents the road to well being in a positive, strength-based light.
