Services we provide
Wellbeing Education
We believe that being aware of your own mental wellbeing is essential. Our teaching revolves around the using the “five ways to wellbeing” listed below. These five tools are simple, yet effective, ways to manage and improve your mental health. With regular practice, wellbeing can be boosted and resilience can be built.
Be active. Give. Take notice. Connect. Keep Learning.
Relapse Planning
We can help you with your journey of recovery. If people are equipped with the knowledge of early warning signs, triggers and stress management techniques, then recognising a potential relapse will be far easier. Our sessions are free to attend at 31 Stafford Street, on the second floor.
We hold sessions one to one, or in a group setting.
Providing Support
Learn how best to identify if someone is distressed and the signs to be aware of. Learn how best support them, how to talk to them without triggering them. Identify when you need further support for best outcomes. We teach skills and ideas that you can harness in your day-to-day life to improve your wellbeing.
